Homehaus is a website which helps self builders at the early design stage to find ideas and house designs for their home. It also allows them to locate architects and designers in their area that can help to turn their ideas into reality.
The central focus of the website is its large library of house designs, uploaded by architects who are registered on the site. Homehaus also features an array of other content to help self-builders, such as 3D rendering services, topical articles, and a glossary of terms pertaining to the build process.
I developed Homehaus from the ground up, designing and building a bespoke CMS and user authentication system on the Codeigniter framework to meet the specific needs of the project.
After its launch, I continued to advise on digital strategy, working with the company to build website traffic and conversions, and provided consultancy and development work on later additions made to the site.
